When the well runs dry, we''ll know the value of water.

Star Wars Galaxies must have seemed like such an advanced game when it was first released.  I had not an inkling that this game offered the amount of content and features that it does.  I was wasting my time grinding in EQ 1 when this brilliant game was released.

Anyway, I am enjoying the game.  I hope SOE keeps working on this game.

Healz4u,

Yes, the game has changed. Yes SOE made a mistake, or several. But, they are slowly seeing the light. I am a returning player and am very glad I chose to approach it with an open mind. The game is fun, period. I've played WoW, EQ, EVE, and others and none hold a spell over me like SWG with the exception of Battlefield Europe (WWII online) which is in a class by itself.

With the addition of the Beast Master, I don't see myself leaving the game anytime in the near future. Keep playing and remember

If it ain't fun, you ain't doing it right :)

I've sort of been in and out of this game from pre-cu and beyond. I've always found SWG to be a nice little fall back whenever I wanted to take a break from whatever I was playing at the moment.

I never had that feeling SWG was lacking in content. There is just sooo much to do and tons of customization in the world.

They are doing a great job on this game now imo. With the re-implementation of a CH/BE hybrid expertise(class) - Beast Mastery. Also the re-introduction of the Galactic Senate which is formed by actual players (which basically perform as team leads for professions etc. that come in contact with devs making the dev-playerbase boundary closer).

It's a good time to rejoin or check out SWG.
