What range attacks will bear shaman have?

They will be able to use bows (xbows?) at later levels. Dont think they will have any ranged magic attacks cause they are melee/healer hybrid.

They can use cross bows at later levels; regular bows were not mentioned.

After all is said and done, a lot more will be said than done.

just to add too we also dont know, what specific skills or feats the range ability at later lvls are for the Bear Shaman. They would have one Feat Tree for being a Priest and then 2 seperate ones for their class type. Its going to get interesting though!

Playing: Age of Conan, Crysis Wars (mod maps), Fallout 3, NWN2 Storm of Zehir
Watching: Doctor Who S4, Stargate Atlantis S5

Atleast one of those trees must be melleee oriented

Yep, I would think so, because of their ability of what they can weild. If you take a read of this (if you havent already) http://www.wikiaoc.com/Bear_Shaman

Your see that they use alot of melee weapons. So one would think that they would have one feat tree for the Priest: abilites available to all priests, then it reads as though they buff alot, and use alot of spirits, so maybe some feats in that area and then the other in melee maybe & combo's. There might be a section in the melee side of their feat tree which when you get to the required lvl branches off into some basic range stuff, so you can take that route.

Specifics are still under wraps though. But the class definately looks interesting!
