Highs : 4x Heavy Pulse II's , 1x Medium Unstable Energy Neutralizer

Mids : 1x 10mn MWD II, 1x Web II, 1x Disruptor II

Lows : 1x Medium Rep II, 1x 800mm Rolled Tungsten Plate, 1x Thermic Hardener II, 2x Heat Sink II's, 1x Reactor Control II, 1x Capacitor Power Relay II

Rigs : 2x Capacitor Control Circuits

Nice damage, decent tank, nuf said. Can adjust as see fit ; make it lighter and agile or strengthen the tank. Possibility to replace the web or disruptor with a medium capacitor injector II if you're flying in a sizable gang. If you do so, drop the rigs and cpr for more damage output/tank ability or even polycarbons and overdrives. With scorch it can still hit out to 30km and with some agility mods, it can get out of trouble in a hurry.
