Please forgive me if the same question was posted before. I'm afraid I could not find the answer I was seeking through searching, hence I'm now relying on your experience.

I was wondering if there is a comprehensive list of ingame titles. I have seen the one linked in the sticked thread, which prompted me to ask whether there is a title over level 20 for people not dying in combat.
