guild wars ftw

GuildWars... hmmm....  beautiful game, good storyline....  not too fond of the community.  It's really miserable that people will destroy a game by their interaction with other players.  Mmorpgs are supposed to promote player interaction and bring complete strangers from all across the world together as allies.  It's an awesome idea, well worth supporting, but as always there are people who negate the benifits of a good idea with their selfishness and ignorance.  But I guess that's just the way things are, enough crying from my corner.

I'm not playing any MMORPG's at the moment, I think I might be a bit burned out on them. I'm not really sure if I should be happy or sad about it, haha!

The only game I'm playing right now is Team Fortress 2 though.

Wow I'm happy to see all the responses I have tried many of the games you all said and or recommended but I guess I'm really picky because they seem to all dissatisfy me I'm currently playing hellgate: london with my brother and a friend hoping to get more friends to but it and play with me but the game is already starting to bore me with its repetitive gameplay. Geez im still completly lost on what I want to try I really don't like wow and like I said I might give eve another go. well we will see what happens post some more and maybe hope will prevail. =]

There are too many point and click mmorpgs nowadays... I've been playing almost every free/p2p mmorpg on the market, and sure, I played WoW/GW for awhile, they were okay, but point and click, endless grind and cash shops are really starting to get the best out of the whole community, I await the new titles coming, especially Darkfall, it might be my last hope.

Eve-Online

I'm playing Guild Wars, and having lots of fun. I'm currently doing mostly PvP, but also enjoying the PvE aspects as well as the theory crafting. One of the best things too is that it got no monthly fee, once you've bought the game you can play how much you want to without having to pay. Very good game considering the lack of monthly fee, I would say that some other games that got monthly fee aren't even close to the quality of Guild Wars.

Been playing EQ2 the last couple of years, and still enjoying myself in that game. Lately I have also picked up EvE again, and enjoying that one too (although atm it cannot replace eq2 for me, its just a secondary game for me).
