Sign in on the top right, and then there should be a way to sign up there. It's been like 3 months since I did it... The good thing is you can get Comcast support through the internet or call to figure it out quickly. |

Thank you for the info Comcast recently bought out our cable company and we were switched automaticly so had no idea about some of the fluff that came with it. |
