“Game Experience May Change During Online Play” is about ESRB ratings, not changing game content! |
It went into limbo. The developer was also working on Star Trek Online when financial chaos ensued. GnH was suspended and the STO rights were transferred away. For what it's worth, the brief time I spent in beta, it was meh. |

I enjoyed it. Was a fresh setting and the hiring of henchmen was cool.....the god scenes were great...but yeah I guess it would have flopped lol |

Long story short... The game failed due to mismanagement. The game was capable of being played even in its given state, albeit for a below average price and may have generated some badly needly revenue. However, the project was canceled without much notice and more than $20 million lost. PE would never recover from that decision. |

| And that is why... Conservatives' pessimism is conducive to their happiness in three ways. First, they are rarely surprised -- they are right more often than not about the course of events. Second, when they are wrong they are happy to be so. Third, because pessimistic conservatives put not their faith in princes -- government -- they accept that happiness is a function of fending for oneself. They believe that happiness is an activity -- it is inseparable from the pursuit of happiness. |

what about star trek online? whats the status and the deal with that? or did the collapse of Gods and heroes bankrupt the company? |

"The one you call messiah is a lie"--- Gary Numan |
It was co-published by SOE, I think Perpetual did us all a favour by taking it to the barn like an old incontinant sheep dog and blowing him away. It was a kindess to all gamers, saving us from another station life support patient. Perpetual and STO seems to be going the way of Adventurine and Darkfail. |
