I have a Pentium 3.2Ghz Dual Core processor, Nvidia 7800GTX 256mb and 2 gigs of 533mhz DDR2 RAM.
Currently downloading the beta using Funcom's ultra slow Download Manager. I was in the Tech Test a couple of months ago and it ran like utter crap - however i'm assuming they've boosted performance now, as I'd consider my rig to be Middle Range. I can run games like LOTRO on Full High with no performance issues what so ever.
So how will it run? |

But more to your point, I would say it will run like crap and crash out after anywhere between 5mins and 15mins due to memory leaks. I can only advise based on my own experiences; E6700 DC2 @ 2.66Ghz 8800GTS 640 2g RAM
50-65 fps on med settings with AA but frequent "stalling". Draw distance has been reduced to 100m.
Good luck |

Thats not a good sign. If the game doesnt run on my rig at least on low smoothly then they may aswel just put the game in the dustbin straight away as it just wont sell. From the sounds of it the game still needs a few more months in development, and nowerdays if an MMO is to be successful it has to be relatively polished at launch - clearly the reason why WAR is being delayed as they know damn right if they're to be successful then their launch means everything. |

it varies between machines, i can play without crashes. With your set up, if your playing on windows XP(DX9) you should be perfectly fine. |

I have pretty much the same setup as the OP, the difference being 2x gf6600gt 128mb (I've just got one really cheap. waiting for it to arrive atm) and slightly faster cpu and memory (3.6ghz and 800mhz). Does anyone know how AoC handles SLI? Should I just get a new graphics card before attempting to play it? |

"How will it run?" Like a dog with no legs, uphill. That's on a system that just exceeds the so called "minimal" requirements, which are pure BS, if you don't have the "recommended" requirements, I wouldn't bother. |

Originally posted by Ayron no offense to you, just informing that the site appears to be highly inaccurate according to my computer... tested it to see if it would tell me if I could play GWs or The Sims 2 for sh*ts and giggles and apparently I can't... when I have both on my computer that run perfectly. |
