I remember back when they were saying truth would be shown at open beta. Open beta is the last chance for developers to show their customers the truth of their product before release. If this doesn't represent the truth, than its really kind of failed its purpose. But i suspect there is more truth here than some are willing to admit. |

Well I just went to youtube.com and searched for " age of conan beta leak" and watched a few game play videos. I saw small differences in the GUI and all the videos that I watched ran 100% better than how OB runs on mine. So I am personally convinced that this is a different client than CB.

I think they realized that there was too much hype and they didn't have enough server hardware so they wanted to kill the hype so there would be less people signing up and the people that did would only be hard core fans that would ignore bugs. This is help make the new player ramp up slower. It's all part of their master plan. I'm sure the release version will work perfectly since it will be based on the full version of the CB client. We just need to have faith in funcom there is no reason to believe that they won't do everything they say. |
