Sorry I found this funny. Some genius thought Funcom was talkin smack about Darkfall when he mentioned Dreamfall, then realized Funcom has a game called Dreamfall

Ohh, and its also about Darkfall .

I smell more trademark problems for Aventurine.

They still can't get Darkfall trademarked in the USA and they've been trying since 2003.

Current Status: Further action on the application has been suspended.

2008-03-18 - Report Completed Suspension Check Case Still Suspended

Current Status: Registered.

Funcoms is already through and registered and there's no way the trademark attorneys would ever allow such a similar wording to be used in the exact same market / industry.

Huh? Some random guy though a comment about Dreamfall from a Funcom staff was about Darkfall. And hes getting flamed about the mistake. A very funny read tho

Oh, and Dreamfall is two great games. Try them if you haven't.

Has been like this since 2005 when a Funcom dev trolled DFs forum. And the majority that trolls DF in major are from AoC fanbase. Guess that's why.

As far as Darkfall "players" bashing AoC... I couldn't help but notice that during the first day of the AoC PvP event, the Darkfall forum was very quiet.

So? I play AoC myself, tho I don't think it's depend on AoCs beta. I don't enjoy it so much, but I will give it a chance after release. But I don't have many options. A little EVE and Entropia, EQ somethimes just to talk with the guildies.

I dont bash AOC cuz I'm bored. While I'd love to play a game like Darkfall, I feel you'd have to be incredibly close minded to not have some concerns on how the whole DF project is going. Just too many red flags not to take notice, but dont get me wrong I AM a DF supporter...

I bash AOC cuz it sucks. More same ol same ol kiddie ezmode stuff. Doesnt anyone want to play a game where it takes skill to be good? and not just time spent?? This generation is so weak and watered down it's sad. It's not even just mmo's ALL games are made to be beaten. I remember a mere 2 decades ago when games when TOUGH and beating them an accomplishment. Now if you can press A you can beat the game. This just carries over into the mmo world where every game, WOW, AOC, WAR, are made for the moronic masses who just wanna be UBER and not work for it

Darkfall promises something else, a challenge, a call to those who wish to truly test thier gaming skill.
