If I can run LotRO with everything max at an average of 45fps, how high should I be able to run AoC?

I have a Pentium D 3.0GHz - 2GB RAM - 8800GTS 640MB

I'm thinking low settings.   I've been reading that the game uses 1.5-.1.8Gb's of ram to run.  This doesn't leave much for your OS and the OS comes first in priority.

If you can up the ram even by a single Gb you may be able to play medium settings but 2Gb's(4Gb's total) would be better even on a 32bit OS(would show 3.2-3.5Gb's installed).

EDIT-- Pent D !!  Sorry, I was used to seeing threads about P4's.   Medium, add the ram and med/high-high.

You can run this game on Max setting, max everything if you get another 2gram 4total(3.3)

I do....... With a FPS of 40+-  But i do have a GTX 800 that's the only difference, you may have to reduce the Line of site to 40 Yards or so to do 100% Particle Effect, and Max everything etc...

No worries there m8 :)

I'm planning on getting another 4g of ram, so that'll boost it up to 6g, and I forgot to mention I have vista 32 bit.

I also got a question...I've heard that a 32 bit os can't recognize more than 4g of ram, but does that mean that I can't utilize 6g, or can it?

It will only show and use just over 3GB.  For more you need a 64 bit OS

Im running a quad Core with 3gb RAM...ive only had one game have problems since i got this comp which was ridiculous cuz this monster overpowers that game by far. So im not too worried if it can play AoC or not..
