I am a girl and I always play girls, I don't know why I do I just do.  I find it odd to play a male character even if I am not roleplaying with it and generally don't play them unless I am forced to.  My boyfriend basically always plays male characters also but he did experiment with making a female guardian and basically got chased around by lots of male character talking about how big their dicks were.  Little did they know, I got a chuckle out of it but he didn't even see it, he turns main chat off since it's usually all junk anyway.

and the problem isnt male playing female character is guys flirting in a videogame, thats sad.

What's more sad, the guys who flirt as female characters to get stuff or the guys that actually give them stuff because they have pixel tits.  I find it a tough decision.

It's sad that a guy will do that to another guy, but I see nothing wrong with girl flirting with guy for stuff or guy flirting with girl.. not any different then RL.. well I guess guy to guy is fine if the guy is gay.

I flirt with chicks to get what I want and vise versa. So I don't see why that same method can't be applied to a game.

I've given nice folks items though. I guess i'm guilty of being taken advantage of, but it's not because they flirted.. they was just nice..

I like to help folks out so later I've earned the respect of a possible ally and in pvp I can only hope they grant me an honorable death if the time was to arise!

Yeah, yeah... men say they play females because they have to look at the arse so why not make it a nice one... I'm not buying it.  It goes waaaay deeper than that, all the way back to who was breast fed and who wasn't.  You might be fooling your fellow gamers, but you're not fooling the shrinks! 

Anyway, I'm female and I always make female characters.  My female characters seriously don't care what gender you are IRL.   She will regard you based on what you roll in the game.
