I find it interesting that a small group of the same people start threads with some kind of negative doom title.

For example: "THE STRESS TEST FAILED!!!

or "Funcom lied" or "Age of Clonecraft'

Then I open these amazing threads only to find total false claims. These people can't all possibly played the same game I played. I mean 90% of these post are total garbage.

To anybody new browsing this website, I'm sure threads like those above turn them away from the game. Which is probably the point of making those threads.

But my question is why? Why are the same people with WAR, LotR, DF sigs posting this false crap?

Even whine posts about computer requirements is getting old. The specs to play this game have been posted for over a year, I really don't understand how these people waste a beta key, log-in, and find that thier computer is crap. It's in black and white, why the big shock? It doesn't matter how good you THINK your computer is, if it doesn't meet the requirements, then you're SOL.

Shouldn't blatant false claims to discredit the game be flagged as trolling?

I have a pretty good computer so the game plays smooth for me but I can understand why some people might get upset about it. I know from my perspective it would be hard for a bunch of my friends to come from WOW and play this simply because of those requirements. I think if any company has proven the benefit of low system reqs. it's definitely Blizzard.

Well most of them do it because they remember AoC fans going to their forums talkin mad shit!

You don't need to be a child to have a hard time affording a $1500 computer to play a $50 game.

It's very simple.  Ignore all obvious hater posts, ignore all obvious fanboi posts and somewhere in the middle you will find the truth.

My girlfriend's comp is within the minimum requirements and she cannot play AoC. We love to game together and it is dissappointing that we are going to have to wait and upgrade her comp to play AoC when she plays LoTRO just fine (and its a seamless world). On another note my performance went to crap when they opened the servers for the last day. I am really hoping an,

AMD 5200+ dual core

8800gts 512mb g92

2 gb ram

can get me better than 18 fps on medium.   I mean that is game breaking for me.
