I had no problems downloading.
Early access download manager did it in less then 3h.

And I just patched it today.

But I agree Funcom should also release standard torrent and host it on their own tracker, as if someone pays he should be able to download the client. So when 1st reports that there are some issues were made they should provide alternatives.

For people who are lucky enough to finish downloading, Have Fun   I guess I will wait for Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning.

Ok. AoC has a lot of issues. I crashed six seven times the last time I played. The world is instanced as much as guild wars or City of Heroes.

But early access isnt everything. There is still time. Try to download it again. I got my copy over night.

I too will play WAR but right now AoC is here and what else to do?

If you want to donate to China or Myanmar just remember not to do it to some organisation spending 80% of the money on the organisation itself. I know how these orgs work..

Hey Mr. Seven posts. My heart bleeds for you. You're doing the right thing donating your AoC-money to China. I think you also should give all the potential subscription fees as well. You're a true humanitarian. God bless you for having more character than myself. Me on the other hand is so selfish that I won't deprive myself of the greatest MMO ever made. At least you don't have to live with a bad conscience like I do.

I can understand OP's frustration with FunCom if he tried to mail FunCom, since I did that when my payment for early access didn't get through. They never answered. But then, they probably have thousands and thousands of mails to answer so the time is limited.

When I got my payment fixed (yesterday) I downloaded the client with a speed of right above the 1 MB/s mark with my 100/10 connection. It worked flawlessly.

So, so as people have pointed out it seems like you OP should loose faith in your ISP instead of FunCom.

Got the it downloaded in 6 hours ...

I think some people just dont know computers work.

I guess that I have no idea how computer works.  I am not a troll... At this point, I didn't try the whole game only from OB which only lvled up to 13.  It's hard to judge if I like the game or not.  I am just tired of fighting with all these madness with Funcom.  

Read the news to see so many people are in need, and I am spending 100 dollars ($85 for game and 15 for express shipping) on a game.  Personally, I feel kind of guilty.

I have no idea about Conan lore, that's true.  Sorry to say I do like Elf and gnome.  I like pink hair, too.....

Everyone is waiting for next best MMO, so for me to say "I will wait for Warhammer" is like everyone else.  I am not saying Warhammer will be better but it's merely a hope.

.  Your complaints about other races... I don't know what you mean "they all look the same."  They have different clothing, hair styles, and tattoos.  This is lower fantasy than what you seemed to expect.  It's Hyboria. 

Anyway, as for early access, players will provide help and answers to any questions, but I agree that Funcom is annoying-ly silent about it, and the download speeds are complete crap.  They have dropped the ball for most people, but there is a workaround if you are in FP beta.  PM me if you were in Fileplanet beta and I will explain it.
