Age of Conan

Basically just a semi-pointless thread to show my excitement for the start of tomorrow morning's early access. I, like probably a million others, have been tracking this game's progress for atleast a year (and a half) and have watched all the dev diaries atleast 3-4 times each, and studied how this game will compare to those already out, and those to come.

I've really enjoyed all the feedback I've received from you fellow gamers regarding the various threads I've posted from class choice to game suggestions. You all rock! You keep this site pumping! So without further adue, I will be glad to see you all in Hyboria. Be blessed!

Not to pick on you, but it seems like you're a Christian. Playing AoC? Lol, okay. Have fun you crazies! I have no reason to doubt all the positive I've heard, so looks like we'll have 2 great MMOs this year.

hah, i got my preorder sitting in my lap. i installed, and when i try to patch, it says patching failed. i am just not allowed to patch yet? that is retarded if i cant patch my game up to be ready for tuesday.

some reason the patch server is down. Just sucks for the early access peeps who need to patch for tomorrow (not going to say this will happen, but it would really suck if the servers don't come up soon for people to patch in time to use their payed early access)

Patch servers are down for update. Another patch to help AoC along the way!

That's odd, I patched with no problem. Just wasn't able to get past the login (obviously). Perhaps it could be the high volume? Or they may be making last-minute tweaks now. I'd just try later. Lol got your hands on the preorder huh? I'm just gonna do the whole waiting infront of Best Buy thing and race in to get the limited edition. I wasn't able to preorder the limited ed.

when the patcher is working has been real hit and miss since the early access download-as of 3:50pm est time its down and has been for most of the day. Just keep trying you will catch it up working sometime today or early tomorrow before EA starts. Im also sure if you patched today for release you will have more patches to come-they seem to add more everyday,so patch everyday you can before realease so release day you have a minimum amout to download--Good Luck!!!!!!!

Yeah, i can't download the patch either.  Nevermind.

Well...theres still just over 21 hours left till the floodgates open.  Plenty of time for patching ;)
