Everytime I launch AoC, and the patching finishes, I get a black screen. I have searched and everyone says the fix is to simply uncheck 'full screen' however, I did that but the game still launches in full screen mode. WTH do I do =(

i had that problem to (:
go into simpel settings in your launcher, then take your resolution down..
once at the log in screen you can simply take it up agian..
that should fix it (:

Go to the game folder, run the file 'simple config' and set it to DX9

Running lowest resolution already, and have DX9, reinstalling it atm, maybe something installed incorrectly. Didn't have this problem in OB, so I hope reinstalling will fix it.
