so for of us who are not lucky enough to be in early access how is the game running?

Game runs great for me, no crashing, no lag at all (no lag in Tortage either) and awesome graphics...all on high with 1920x1200 res. Runs WAY better than open beta, in open beta I crashed a lot on the loading screens and I am now getting 10-20 more FPS than in open beta as well.

Its ran amazingly well for me compared to open beta. Although I have noticed some of the textures can take a bit long to load the first/2nd time you see them. But that may be a fault with my settings. Other than that, all is going well for me.

Out of 10 guild m8s.. 8 of them are running the game flawlessly.

Running amazing for me.  I haven't had any of the crashes I learned how to replicate in the betas.  I am at a solid 60fps almost always, and my loading screens are really short.  I've mostly been in nighttime though.  My entire guild is having amazing performance and that's out of around 100 people right now.  There are reports of a shader memory leak that isn't too serious though.  Overall this is by far the best MMO launch i've ever experienced.  Bravo Funcom.

my friend, this game is amazing....i got it on LOW settings, just to feel the gameplay....this game on LOW has better graphics than EQ2 on HIGH bro, no joke.

i cant even run eq2 on high...due to bad programming :p

I'm gonna give them a bit longer to work out the kinks (such as the fact that some people who can login to the game are blocked from the official forums, where work-arounds are apparently posted), but I will not stick around till the first credit card payment if I continue to "black screen" everytime I enter the game.

A 20% failure rate is a little high for recent successful MMO launches.
