are servers down? i should be able to get in. im getting an authentication error. i registered an account with the preorder key. do i need to upgrade it or something with the retail authentication key? help |

In the Same boat...Registered my preorder key back on the 17th Logged into my account today and upgraded using my retail key off the game manual and it's showing account cancelled status frozen.. Thought maybe it was a credit card issue so i tried to change my card but i keep getting issues there also. This is not the way i wanted to start out. |
