I really have never been addicted to any mmorpg before,well i was very addicted to old school EQ in its prime not even WoW really addicted me, it was just a fun game to play. But now, that ive played the greatness of AOC and now that the servers are down its like i am craving a drug i must play it the gameplay was sooo awesome im really finding any other game i play right now to be boring.

My bear shaman is very horrible right now but even if its horrible its still so much fun to play :O

Try some cocaine. That should solve the AoC addicton problem.

I was looking forward to this game so bad. Did the first 20 levels with so much enjoy but the next 5 levels I was bored to hell.

Addiction to WoW, now that's a scary thought.. and pretty low standards for an mmo.  But, people have shown through the success of WoW that they love simple low skill playing games.   Everyone has different tastes obviously. You love simplified mmo's, while others enjoy a challenge that takes some skill to play.

Hey man, I don't think you gave it a serious shot.. get through the training zone. I think you will actually enjoy it more than WoW.. well, I do. doesn't mean everyone will obviously.. but, I think you should give it a true honest shot. Get up past lvl 20, it wont take you long.

I enjoyed every bit on the path to 20. Simple loved it.

Then the next 5 levels I was bored to hell.

As I wrote in my first post:

Ooops spaced that part. it may not be for you, or like you said, new class.. I still haven't decided if I love it. I am going to play it since I paid  a bunch of money for it.  Time will tell, after many different classes of course.. lol

I don't think it's a class thing.  I'm playing a guardian.  Loved the first 20 levels.  Been pretty bored with the next few.  Thought maybe  resource gathering would help but it seems to be bugged after the initial quest.  Or the drops are original EQ insanely rare.  Time will tell I suppose.
