What Game is people going to Bash next? or what am I going to bash Next?

take the poll ,and tell me why you like bashing that Game

Look out for the troll Haters..they are out there

WAR, it has similar art direction to WoWs, it will be more succesfull than AoC, it will have poor end game PVE content so hard core raiders will tear it down, and it's PVP will be without penaltys and in some ways even more arbitrary and carebearish than WOWs so self proclaimed "real" PVPers will tear it down too.

And like with WoW, people who like it will play it and people who hate it will be fighting the good forum war and bash it.

AoC easily wins. Not that its a bad game by any standard its just that its new and different. Human nature makes people fear things that are new and different so they go on the attack. This is especially true if said people are playing a well established game already and see AoC as some sort of a threat to their chosen game. When War or Darkfall releases we will see the whole process repeated again just like every time a new game releases. Its really a never ending cycle. WoW gets a lot of this same type of flak but its because its the top dog in the market right now. The same principals apply however.

There will always be people who complain about games no matter how good it is.

In the case against AOC it was way overhyped as revolutionary ... so it took a beating

With war its not as hyped as being revolutionary and more hyped on pvp.....but it should still get a beating becuase its so hyped.

Now aion isnt as hyped so it will take a small beating in comparison.

Darkfall will continue to take a beating no matter what but it wont be as bad since it will never come out.

Wow will continue to get more and more people tired of the treadmill but its such a well done game that they would have to mess up before they get tons of bashers.

At the end of the day though any press is good press.

I don't know if I would say AoC was over hyped. It's a good game, have you tried it? The only thing I think over hyped about it a bit was the character creartion...I found it a little flat. Anyway..I think WAR (for obvious reasons) will be then next one. It doesn't matter because it seems every MMO that comes out not everyone is going to like or just make blatant statements about the game without even trying it.

Lets just keep bashing and comparing everything to WoW!  Seems that everyone and anyone always uses WoW as a standard when comparing MMOs in recent years.

AoC of course; the anticipations are high and you can't live up to everyones hopes. What happens then? Then they go to the forums to start flaming the game because it didn't feature stuff like permadeath and spaceships, which they really thought should be implemented otherwise a game can't be good. WAR will probably get it's fair share too, although not as much as AoC.
