HAVE YOU EVER played any other MMORPG in your life? I HIGHLY doubt it.

Same credit card/timecard procedure works for just about every other MMORPG on the market.

YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO HAVE ANY MONEY ON YOUR CARD, it can be "locked" if you ask your bank to lock it, it just NEEDS TO BE A VALID CARD.

It is a PROCEDURE, nothing else. You can even enter a valid card with lots of $ on it, but immediately after registering your account YOU CAN CANCEL RECURRING PAYMENT, so the company doesnt take 15$ after your free 30 days.

One more thing: for creating an account in WoW, EVEN USED TIMECARD CODE was valid.

So quit your whining, and ask your friends/parents/relatives to help you out.

Boy, I'm so fed up about these "bombastic" titles, like there are some serious issues about this WONDERFUL game to make anyone bring back the game to the store.

besides this question of yours i'd rather like to know how you managed to get a copy of the game when it wont be on sale in stores yet until tomorow in holland.

The same way everyone else gets there copies early. Either you know someone what works at the store or the store is full of idiots (see gamestop).

Well no wurry ive brought the game back:).

Normally the shop i bought it dont take games back this case FREERECORD SHOP, but with knowlage of no timecard not shipped with it, they where friendly to take game back:).

They did not know about gamecard , posible of payment,  headquaters did not inform them about this.

Nobody force me into practise like this, to buy a game and when i wanne play game i need to buy timecard.

Funcom mistake i win they lose.

Horrible horrible company... Oh wait, you retard, they do give you a month free...  The activation code is on the back of the booklet.  You can put pay by cash instead of credit card when you register with your activation code, thus you don't have to pay because you're getting the free month, then you just have to get a timecard before the end of the month.

The OP's "game+timecard" theory is incorrect.  If you needed the game just for the install, you could just download the client.  Then you would just need a timecard to activate.  The point of having to buy the game, is because it comes with an activation code, which gives you 30 days free and creates your account if you didn't use a preorder code to make one already.  Even then, your pre-order account won't work until you put in the activation code from the game you have to buy to play.

I bought game becouse my experience with the friendly game to buy, WoW i bought game and few weeks later when month was almost finish i bought a timecard far better policy of payment then funcom.

I have my reasons why i dont wanne give my bank info or dont have creditcard.

Game was for sale in shop i saw it and on box no info about must buy it with timecard or no play.

It just say internet needed and 1 month free i already knew you could play game with timecard but as i said before both major shops in holland have game, but NO TIMECARD.

So i bought game becouse i tought i could play it one month free and then buy timecard to play further on.

But no they force you, now they lost a customer good job funcom:).

It's funny that the shop let you take it back considering the 30 day free activation code isn't under a seal, it's written openly on the back of the instruction booklet.  So if you wanted, you could have put the code in to make an account, then returned the game after installing.  Then you wouldn't have had to pay for the game or your first month.

I put activation code in i try all option on payment but none worked.

And logically ones dont work where bank info or credit needed, you dont have many option you can just click few options , payment with timecard need code BUT I DONT HAVE TIMECARD YET hehe shop dont sell them, so imposible to play game then, they just force you to buy game plus timecard.

But ive no problem anymore got my money back hehe.
