I'm getting the game today and intended originally to role a Bear Shaman, due to it being most like the class I came from in my previous MMO, but after looking at all the classes again, only one made me go OMFGWTF?! and that is the Herald of Xotli. I've always wanted to play a Spellblade of sorts in an MMO, but the MMO's that had them, I didn't care to play. That and ripping a minion's heart out and devouring it just sounds awesome.. Anyone have any opinions, reviews, or warnings regarding the Herald of Xotli? |

i like it so far. i am level 15. think of it as a warrior that wears cloth or silk armor and who can do some nifty spells to do some decent dmg. alot of your powers seem to deal with Fire. i actually got to play with a level 20 xotli last night, and he was owning people. and i play on a pvp server as well.. so its actually pretty fun. i played wow for over 2 years where i was a fury warrior, bbut also liked to tinker with casters. so if that sounds like you try it out! i rolled a barbarian as well on a PvE server, but it seemed to much like a regular warrior...but i only playe dhim until level 10 so i do not have as much experience. hope this helps! |

That helps a lot, I came from an Enhancement Shaman from WoW, it was always my baby. Something about smashing someone's face with heavy melee attacks and then blasting them up close with spells. |
