Age of Conan

Alot of us on the official forum seem to be having this problem, where we didn't get our keys for the pre-order bonuses (a Rhino mount and a bag) and they have said they have ran out, lost them and funcom won't let them send any more, ect, ect, they've also tried telling us that they sent them all.

Is anyone here having any issues like this?

I placed my PO with play on the 20th of April and have had everything I should have had.

1. Pre order code for mount and EA

2. Game delivered before release date.

3. Working game code  (although key problems are nothing to do with Play as they are in the box)

Happy Play.com customer as always.

I had my game delivered today, but no pre-order keys, this is the first issue I've had with play, but they way I've been treated by them today has pissed me off.

I didn't get my mount key either...

You're lucky you got the game today. I ordered from game.co.uk about three weeks ago & they have deliberately tried to time delivery for tomorrow despite the monday bank holiday in the UK. They sent me a Parcelforce tracking number that isn't recognised by their website & given all the problems I have had with them in the past I am quite nervous as their next residential deliveray date is Tuesday!

Mmm i placed my order with game.co.uk too - Didn't have any problems with them - except for the fact they didn't notify me the preorder delivery date was moved from the 20th as advertised when i ordered to the 23rd - so i was sitting waiting for the package. But everything arrived as it should have.

With my order from Game.co.uk (which arrived today) the mount code was on the back of the manual above the retail account code.

I got my pre-order and early access key sent sent to me well in time, but I still haven't gotten the game with the retail key delivered for some reason...

However, I got an email sent today claiming that they have shipped the game, but that most likely mean that I won't get it until after the weekend /sigh

I Pre-ordered with game.co.uk. I'm due to get it tomorrow :D It said the Mammoth code was in the limited edition pre-order box. Is this not the same?

I spoke to somebody in beta who claimed they recieved THREE preorder bonus keys from play.com despite having only payed once for the game.
