Age of Conan

Combat system as a caster is the same system used in every MMORPG that came out in the past 10 years. yawn. melee I didnt try out but looks like it's nothing new, just the same as any other MMORPG but with simon says added.

I expected it to get better after lvl 20 but I got to some white city that I could care less about the name (that's how low my interest lvl was by the time I got there). That city was the epitome of poor design. It takes half an hour just getting the dozens of mindless quests cause there's tedious multiple lvls of this city which is HUGE and there's a quest giver every 10 meters.  What a boring quest fest.

You don't even get a mount till you're 40 (WoW anyone?) which is stupid, do the zones get bigger or something at 40? No, they stay the same ****en size, so why not just give a mount at 20 or something? 

I was hoping to do some pvp but couldn't find out where the people that send you to the pvp minigames are cause this game explains you ****.  It's like they don't want you to find them. So much for a pvp centric game.Good luck finding anything in that city.

No one helps you either (probably cause the chat system sucks bad).

All there is is ganking. Lots of it.

So after not being able to find **** in that city, I opened up my quest log and saw an endless stream of quests. That is when I quickly alt f4ed that game, registered an account to these forums to tell the world that this game is the same rehashed MMO **** that almost every other MMORPG is. Expect a dead community in -5 months. Even half my guild doesn't log on anymore.

Wow....just wow.

You did not get to the part where SPellcasting gets different than other MMO's, but you decide it sucks.

You did not play a Melee, but you decide it sucks.

You don't like quests, so they suck.

You couldn't even find a simple button in the UI (which is explained in the nice little HELP Book located on your screen) to get into PvP Minigames, so it sucks.

A city that is supposed to be big, actually IS! Takes a bit of time to explore, so it sucks.

You can't be bothered to form a group to PvP in the open Zones, so it's gankage.

This has to be the funniest review ever. But hey, this game is not for everyone, so have fun wherever you are going.

This is the biggest flop dude, I actually enjoy Vanguard (lately its been really nice to play, great performance just bland chars and spells need help as well) way better than this plus I like the graphics better. I can just see the blizz devs laughing at this game.

You do not seem to enjoy this genre.

so you've got the attention span of a newt. you bother actually READING any of those quests or are you the typical hyper active see-quest grab-quest, then read what it requires rather than actually reading any of the text? Seems like it to me. In a hurry to do everything and nothing all at once. How about if they made the zones 3'x3' and have 1 NPC there with every quest in the game just to save you the inconvienence of actually moving your character (so tedious I know, to push a button on your keyboard). Go back to something a lil more mindless thx.

Got two chars to Level 32 everything in this game is a joke. I cannot believe I wasted $40 face it its a flop. I smell Free to play in like 6 months :)

Everyone knows thats how you play  MMORPGs. Don't come back until your eyes are bleeding Conan, and you better tell us how much you loved everything. HOW DARE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU TROLL!!!!

Iamct, please elaborate on why you think this game is a flop, instead of saying that you don't like it. It makes you sound more believable and intelligent that way.

Love how fanboys attack me, I'm not the only one, look at how much negativity people are giving this game. And good epic cities? Check out stormwind, orgimmar, ironforge in WoW, those are nicely designed cities, not too big where they're just a maze either.
