Yes. PvP on a PvP server is 'kill everyone you see at all times'. This includes when your questing or see NPCs. PvP on a PvE server is organized PvP. It has capture the skull, last man standing, drunkin brawling. But more importantly, has the guild vs guild PvP in the Battlekeep zones.

I don't know about the "mini games" of capture the skull (silly if you ask me) - but I believe that guild v. guild and keeps are still in normal PvP servers. |
