Age of Conan

Why are the troll posts still going up finding every possible tiny thing about the game. It's silly. I can name things about LoTR I don't like... the characters, the game play is boring I could go on. But do I go to the LoTR and say that .. no because one, I'm intelligent enough to know that everyone's taste differs in games and I have respect for the normal players (not the trolls) of the game and would not do something like that.

Age of Conan is a great game, and it's only gonna get better over time. So, all you trolls can kiss my.....

We shall rid these forums of the pointless trolls soon enough, one thing we have over them is an enjoyment that will keep us coming here long after they have gone onto the next game.

The best way to get ride of trolls is to prove their arguments wrong, if they have the upper hand in arguments and your best counter is a "kiss my ass" or to call them trolls straightly, you are doing nothing productive nor good for the game/genre.

The game has its flaws, wether you like it or not. If they adress them properly it might become a good game, if they ignore those flaws, the game will fail. Still it's understandable that some people would expect more from the "uber hype phenomenum", and that irritates people (Im personally irritated at how poorly designed the game is at higher levels and how repetitive it becomes, seeing as there isnt much about endgame now)

Im personally having a better time than playing Requiem or Rohan so I'll keep playing till I can't force myself anymore, but both closed mind fanbois and trolls make me sick.

Conan = Asses/tits prime gameplay.

Mordria = Maximum Fangirl and is completely UNOBJECTIVE about AoC.

These inane posts are just as annoying as the "hater" posts. They are designed to cause trouble and get people's backs up.

Bottom Line - If you like it, more power to you. BUT, there are serious flaws, and issues with AoC's business ethics that can't be ignored. Trying to trivialise these, simply because you are so blinded by your love of the game might cut it for you, but doesn't cut it for others. Some people seem to be of the opinion that only positive experiences should be posted here. While I don't subscribe to the "first post, one line, this game sux0rs post", many people have gone into great detail about why they don't like/aren't staying etc.

In closing, DEAL WITH IT. It is not a perfect game; the flaws have been illustrated and proven here many times over. Many of these flaws are not "little" as the OP has tried to make out. Enjoy whatever you play, but don't think that you can revoke other people's right to voice their opinions. I am happy so many people are talking about how lacklustre the 40+ in AoC is. It was based on several of the more elaborate threads here and my own experiences that I decided to stop playing and delete the game. Quite simply, it wasnt for me.
