Guess that depends if that store was apart of the preorder gift offer.

Just because u preordered doesn't mean u are entitled to the preorder gift, only if your store had that offer and in that case u should talk to them.

Where do you put the Key in? you all keep saying that's the problem but never say how to accomplish this.
