Vanguard: Saga of Heroes

The way the races look. They all look the same and so plain/ugly. LOTRO and WoW did a superb job on their races, but VG just stuck to the ugly EQ races... Which really is ashame, cause  I can't play a character in a MMO that looks ridiculously caveman like.

so what you're saying is that you hate your body, the bodies of everyone around you and would rather like everyone to look like the anatomically distorted wow and lotr characters? ok.

(to be fair vg and eq characters are distorted too, but not even close to as much as the ones from wow or lotr)

Don't know where the funk you live, but no one looks like andre the giant.

ever heard of character customization....if you click and hold the little box and move it left or right ever so sliightly, you can make any facial feature look good like me !!!!

trust me you can turn that caveman into a pretty boy!!

OP, didn't you just ask for a trial key yesterday?

Since I don't see the point of this topic I thought I would share with everyone that I really, really didn't like the races in DDO. Ugly game, art was horrible.

Are you saying the giant race in vanguard resemble....a giant....idk where you live but there is no giant race near me and why couldnt they look like andre the giant, he is one of the closest things to a minor r/l giant. And since giants are fairy tales and myths in the fantasy sense they can look whatever the heck the creator wants them too. I know when you make an mmo it will be perfect right? You are being too picky man.

I thought they removed most of the facial customization in the game in order to allow for visible helms. Have they put customization back in or something?
