It''s one thing to have a opinion, but enforcing one is unconstitutional. |

I was able to have a decent experience with grass and all on a 7600GT card (laptop). One thing that helped a lot was turning off volumetric clouds. There are a few other tricks that you can find on the forums. |

Sorry to say, this game still has quite a few performance issues. Hitching is still frequent, and almost everyone experience lag in APW (the only raid zone). This so-called APW lag bug is related to buffs and the devs have been working on a fix for months now. |

And that being the case you are not really qualified to set anyone straight on the "truth" of the game. This thread seems like a clever troll-post veiled in "objectivity." If not, then my apologizes. But it sure gives me that vibe. |

Originally posted by Nikoz78 Yes or No, can you scale every mountain on foot to its summit? I was told you can, which was a half-truth, because while you cannot scale every mountain or most mountains for that matter by foot, you can reach the summit by using a flying mount, as you say. You may think we are talking semantics, but it actually matters to some people and is worth mentioning. This isn't a veiled troll post, but if you feel offended by it or put off, ignore it and don't respond. It is that easy. |

Some slopes are steeper then others but if you can find a way, whether through flying or working the terrain, you can get up them. Many games throw up an "invisible wall" at the base so you can not traverse them at all. VG doesn't. Thats what makes it different from games like LotR, AoC or GW. If you can find a way, you can get there. In those other games, the terrain is nothing more then a prop or a background painting.
