Hey folks. I have played WoW for some time on PvE servers (two level 70s, level 60s etc). Now I am wanting to try PvP servers and am a little concerned to see that PvP racials favour the EVIL horde (spit BOO spit). So my nooby question is this : As a fine upstanding citizen of the Alliance, what are the more favourable classes (racials) I would be looking at ? For the Alliance !! :) |

Gnomes are the best alliance race for pvp because of their ability called Escape Artist. It removes movement impairing effects, which can be game breakers in pvp. |

Depends on your class. I love shadowmeld on my priest. sure the priest racials suck but shadowmeld on a PvP server = awsome. dwarves have an amazing PvP racial, anti bleed/poision. humans, well, we all hate stealthers. and the aliens get a self heal for non-healers. that alone is amazing. So while allies don't have CC immunity, a godly AoE stun or huge boost to AP/Dmg, they still have some nice racials. |

Rogue - Human: With Perception you will own any horde rogue or druid. Mage - Gnomes: Escape Arist is a blessing for a mage. Warrior - Night Elf: +8 Agi and Shadowmeld are just OP for a warrior, just check swifty videos. Warlock - Gnome: Escape Artist. Hunter - Night Elf: +8 Agi and Shadowmeld. Priest - Dwarf: Stoneform a bless against hunters and rogues. Paladin - ???: I would choose either dwarf or human, dunno. Shaman - Dranei: Doh! Druid - Night Elf: Doh! |

Indeed like stated above: Mage gnome is a good combo. or Rogue human (perception). |

<awaits groans and evil glares> I'd have to vote for a Gnome Warlock. Along with the Escape Artist racial, almost any build is viable. Nothing like having your Felguard smite a ganking rogue ... while you're AFK. :p |
