Step 1. Sign Up For An SOE account at    

https://account.station.sony.com/reg/primaryRegistration!input.action

Step 2. Download The Station Launcher "Beta" here

http://launcher.station.sony.com/

Step 3. Select The Matrix Online and Then Select "Try" ,after selecting to "Try" download it and play. When You Log off your PC, shut it down or whatever. just double click on the Matrix Online Link on your desktop the Station Launcher should appear Just click "The Matrix Online" in the launcher, wait for it to scan and hit Launch.
