I am confused is that a bad thing??

When i woke up, i turned on my second computer and it was rebooted for some reason. Then I clicked f1 and it started but stopped and showed Boot To CD

Is that a bad thing Virus or something?? Or good thing to make sure my computer is running good

Most PCs by default are set to boot from CD/Floppy before Boot from HDD.  If you didn't change this then it doesn't matter, but if it changed on its own something is screwy in your system.

Doubt it would be linked to a Virus since that change is done in the bios.

did you have a message that your hard drive wasn't found or anything ?

now seems like a pretty good time to back up your data if you ask me.

It could have simply downloaded an update from the net overnight and rebooted on its own, sometimes this happens to me. Did you leave a bootable CD in the drive tray? This can cause the OS to boot directly to CD as well.
