Ugh ... one thing is apsolutely driving me crazy! Why cant you queue next skill to be executed?! So instead having to watch your skill bar , and wait for it to recharge. You just press the next skill , and its stays pressed until it executes. Every other MMO has it!
Help me out here! Is there a macro , gui mod...anything that does this for VG ?

People would then be able to create huge macros that did everything for them if you didn't have to wait for global cooldown... essentially making botting very simple and an in game feature. |

Yes! You are right!!! Just like they do it in WOW, LOTRO, COH, EQ2 ... andy many other games that have skill queue ! Or .. lets try and think for a moment ! One skill queue actually does not enables botting, as all above games proved !
Seriously mate... get your facts straight |

there's no skill queueing in World of Warcraft is there? I know it exists in LotRO, but I can't speak for the other games you mentioned.
The reason that I said that is that I play a rogue and use macros quite heavily, if it weren't for the global cooldowns I could make huge attack strings.
How do the macro systems in those other games compare to that in Vanguard? |

I don't think he means macros so much as just being able to set the single next skill. So rather than waiting for the cooldown timer and clicking at the exact second it drops to use the next ability, being able to click the next skill you want to fire while the cooldown timer is still running out. Then, when the cooldown is complete, the game automatically fires that skill you chose as quickly as possible. It doesn't enable botting since it only allows you to plan at most about a second ahead, but it does make everything a bit less twitchy. |

Unless you mean with like crafting, making more than one item at once, I think the skill queue would get on my nerves. If it's as I understand it, they didn't have it in WoW, and I'm glad of that. Do you mean, for example if you have attack skill 1 , 2 and 3, you want to be able to click 1,2,3 , then just wait for them all to be executed? Just my opinion, but I like having to wait for your skill to have fired so then you can consciously decide, rather than just going with the same skill combos you know works, making your fighting boring and monotonous. |

I'm pretty sure he means that you hit the hotbar key for the next skill to perform not the next few skills. ie, you're currently performing skill X so you hit the hotbar key for skill Y. When performing skill Y you hit the hotbar key for skill Z. You only ever get one step ahead not multiple. |
