Wow, I cant beleive it, good FPS! My FPS have more then doubled in every possible location.

I reformated my PC to windows x64 addition, and downloaded wow again, here is simular screens

But I still do get bad FPS in cities. When standing in the same spot that i did in ogrimire, i got 19fps instead of 10.

does it really suck?

on a related subject about graphics tho:

i think some people refer to wow as cartoony. I would refer to it as a game with a low polygon count. which i think is pretty misleading when people refer to it as cartoony. just look at team fortress 2, that's what I would call cartoony.

if anything, wow is below cartoony.

You're still not getting as high as I would expect, but I imagine that's mostly due to running it with all your settings maxed.  You might try playing with the graphic settings in the game a bit to see if you can get a little better in Orgrimmar.  I would think with a little tweaking you should see consistent 30FPS in town and won't even notice the difference visually.  Outside of town you should be pushing 100 FPS.

UOs graphics sucked... best MMO in history to date (before the EA takeover). If anything sucks in wow, it's the lame net code. My god, the fact that they HAD to put in instanced battlegrounds to cope with the fact that the engine can't handle actual open non-instanced pvp is beyond me. Shows that any knuckleheads can get a winner product with failures :).

WoW is just old game with old, simple, ugly graphic.

I mean when I started playing wow I've had this rig:

AMD Athlon thunderbird 1ghz , geforce 2 GTS 64MB, 768MB RAM

I leveled my first char on it to 60

Runing wow on medium settings was no problem. In some caves I got around 80fps. On heavy populated places like Ogrimar around 10 fps.

This is my third rig since that:

Athlon X2 6400+, Radeon 3870, 2GB RAM

and ofc I'm not playing that old wow anymore. Its just waste of money invested to new rigs.
