Runes of Magic is a recently announced MMO project to be published by Frogster Interactive. Recently, Frogster released a design document outlining the game's starting area, which we are pleased to publish here along with a few screenshots of the described zones.

Is it over yet... |
It looks poorily designed in my opinion but I could be wrong as I often am. What I noticed was a simplicity to the graphics engine. Which isnt necessarily bad. The models actually remind me of the models in Spore. |

Well its vibrant and colorful. I'll give it that. The textures are all stretched out and nasty though and its got a hefty case of the "Bloom", aka post processing effects, going on. Imo, Bloom can be used to make atmospheres look fantasy-like...or it can be used to hide poorly made models/textures. You decide how its used. |
