What's stupid is these D3 hyped drivebys coming to other game forums dropping their load. It appears the same "Earth to Hyped D3 Moonbats" memo was sent and received.

Never played D3, have no reason to play D3, and it doesn't belong on a DX3 forum.

Now send that back to your "leader".

Others may disagree with me on this point, but I'll give my definition of a MMO, then I'll see if Diablo 3 fits the bill.

MMORPG = Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (per world, not player base)

In regards to my definition, diablo 3 meets 5/6 of the critera. Which ones? Mutliplayer Online Role Playing Game - not Massively.

Now, the point of the Mmorpg is the MASSIVE part of it. WIthout it, then the entire point fades away.

So, in my eyes, and many other, D3 does not, and will not qualify as a MMO.

I also believe D3 so far looks like a better looking D2, nothing more. So they put a new class in... doenst make it a new game.

It's obvious that you can't or won't read. Is this a common theme of D3 fanbois?

What part of a DX3 forum does this site represent? Do you even know what DX3 stands for? DEUS EX 3.

These drivebys are even there, when this game has ZERO to do with DX3.

This is some campaign of cheap promotion, when they try to drop their hype on OTHER GAME SITES THAT'S NOT EVEN MMO BASED, LET ALONE SIMILIAR IN GENRE.

I'm glad I never played the game, and will glad that it fails like any other hyped trash. Usually games that are over hyped turn out TO BE trash.

Diablo 3 isnt a mmo. =/

Actually it's going to be a huge success in spite of any hype simply because it will be a well crafted enjoyable game.  No need to get your panties in a bunch because some fool is overflowing with enthusiasm. It ain't nothin' but a thang.
