Little glitches?! Did you just say "little glitches"?! So the female character combat bug is a little glitch, right? The simple fact that most feats do not work is a little glitch, right? The fact that a bug was introduced with the last patch that destroyed all socketed gems from player made items, that's a small glitch right?

you obviously don't know anything about the mmo market now or then, WoW more then tripled the existing market and for AoC to do what WoW did they would need 30 million subscriptions. The other obvious thing is that AoC's sales are already slowing down and will soon come to a complete halt, the other thing is that only around 10% of those that have bought AoC have signed up for an ongoing subscription past the 30 day free.

I too, bought Age of Conan, hoping the melee system would be better. and I was deceived.

But first, the graphics are ridiculous amazing, and those people who say that Age of Conan needs a "beefy" system, is flat out freakin poor and/or also think Vista is a shitty system, because they can't seem to do their own research (I have vista, and it runs extremely well... and looks great on my 42 inch lcd tv). I play it 50fps on highest graphics with my 2gigs of ram, and 9600gt (which was $200 btw. Not that expensive). But the graphics are pretty freakin ridiculous.

I level'd an assassin to about 32, when I got really sick of the game. I like instancing, but their system was retarded.

The combat system, is by far, what i hated the most. yeah, it was neat being able to control my swings, but after awhile, it gets monontnous. i had to reconfigure the whole keyboard, just be able to use the damn system. I even got a Nostromo, and I was STILL lacking keys. I prefer the auto-attack now, over AoC's melee system. It's a cool idea, it just took more effort than it was worth. Alot of the time i forgot i had combos, and just started mashing buttons.

Because of this ,I started playing World of Warcraft again. the graphics aren't as in depth, but I still love the look of it. And there's no way Age of Conan is going to EVER out-sub WoW. they have 10mil. seriously. that's alot of subscriptions. And Blizzard is really good at what they do - take an ok idea, and make it freakin awesome.

I'm sorry ,but if you are convinced AoC is a WoW killer, you're sadly deceived. The game is really cool looking, but that's about it.

I'm not an AOC hater, nor am I a WoW Lover, but man, you have to pass me whatever it is your smoking since it alters reality to such an extent. WoW still has a larger player base by massive numbers than any other mmo and AOC has a long, long, long trek to becoming the game that beats out WoW in subs. Whatever you may think of WoW the numbers don't lie. You should alter your comment to say what you "hope" you want AOC to be because you don't have the facts, not anywhere close.

Yea I forgot you guys are gurus in the mmo world, you know everything because you have 500+ posts right? WoW is dead and they don't even know it, I see lots of guilds on aoc that came from WOW and many of them are highly respected guilds, but I guess that doesn't mean anything.  I have my facts right where I want them, Ive played WOW since it released, I have 4 lvl 70s, 3 mid lvl 60s and I just give that up for the hell of it just for AOC because I don't have my facts straight. ok ok

Omg! Blizzard is giving us different options for archetypes! I can respec and become something different without having to spend more time leveling another freakin class.OMG OMG OMG.

The idea that if  have the gear, I can change my archetype within minutes, is awesome. Sure, its going to cost some gold, but it works.

And wait... we have to WORK for our mounts?! OMFG. Are youserious?! Thats complete bull crap! I wanted it granted to me insantly! Its bad enough that I have to use flight paths to get every where, but now you're making me PAY FOR A MOUNT?! GET OUT OF HERE!

Seriously though, the economy is great in the game. Don't bitch about how shit is high priced. It's player controlled. I've seen prices for one item on a server be 300g, and 150g on another server. THERE ARE ACTUALLY HUMANS PLAYING THIS GAME?!

True, Blizzard can control how many items spawn wherever, but so is the world. you don't think most economies are controlled by someone, if not the government itself?

Ok, that was a valid point. Seriously. But it's hard to take you serious after that bullshit post above this one

I saw alot of guilds from WoW too on AoC.... then i activated my WoW account on Sunday, and saw them back in WoW. It's no lie that people were interested in what AoC had to offer. Like everyone else said though, they released the game early, and it's not even half as good as FC promised. We've seen this happen with a lot of games.... Hellgate anyone? That game was suppose to be amazing, and it would've been had it not been released till it was ready.

First imrpessions are everything, and AoC gave off a poor first impression (except for the graphics, like I said. Those are amazing).
