its not really similar, but i think its better than the old FoM.

 

Try Neocron :P just 5€ a month, and there is a free trial.

Nerocron is a free download with a 10 day try out.  But you have to give paypal/cc details than it cost a 1 time 25 euro fee than it is 5 euro per month.
