It would be nice if they didnt wait til saturday to sort it out.

Everyone entering their keys at the same time and then patching at the same time seems like epic fail.

We are shutting down the authentication system on the war-europe website to prepare the way for the new account systems that will be coming soon. During this time, you will not be able to log into www.war-europe.com. This will of course prevent you from using any of the registered services such as the fan art, fantales or fansite submission forms.

The beta forums will not be affected by this situation. Please be sure to keep an eye on the news for further information.

Rumours of a 3GB patch isnt helping either,.

Such a crappy company.What do they expect peopel dont have lives .We have to dance as per what time they fit. I will have to hope with crossed fingers that the patch will done before the 7th
So I will have to be home checking if the ptaching is working or not.Not to mention that there will be thousands like us patching at the same time.

It can be expected that all this should have been done atleast 1 week before and peopke allowed to patch.

Lets hope that when the site does come up we will be able to key in the codes thats the 1st hurdle.
 

Considering they started up this work this week. With a website that there is some people that is having a problem with from starters. And if I'm correct it is done by a french company. I have had an account problem there for over a month now, to which they never cared to reply or fix.

I'm not that positive to that it will working adequate until sunday.

pitty that us europeans cannot buy and play on us servers.

I miss old days when everyone around the globe would play on the same server like in Anarchy Online, Lineage 2, Everuqest 2 etc etc.. that was fun.

Now we have to put up with 2nd grade service and paying more. Yes WAR is more expensive in Europe than in US and still that aint enough to get a proper service.

Im having the same fears and doubts, if the beta key input aint on today im gonna be even more worried purely because if the patch really is 3gb and everyones gonna hit the server hard for the patch im expecting problems. Ontop of that what if we find out that alot of the EU beta keys dont work there wont be any time to fix this issue as the OB will already be upon, its short enough as it is without us having to miss a day of OB because of problems.

Call me but im getting very very edgy as i hoped that the beta key system would have been online before now.

Yes, they are really pushing things leaving it this late. If our European keys don't fail in the same kinds of numbers as the american ones I will be surprised. If they are 100% ok, that would mean GOA 1 Mythic 0, which I cannot see ever happening

Atleast they should have allowed us to patch the client without login details.Who will download a 9 gb game and patch another 3 gb if they dont have a beta key

Now I read that thousand more beta keys are being released through selected websites

At this rate the registration server will crash under the pressure let alone the patch server.

Maybe this is exactly what GOA is hoping for? 

I mean, once the boxes are bought on release day, keys are input in the tens of thousands, they need to be sure that the regservers can handle a high peak of people registering keys.

It's better for GOA to see the faults of the account system now on OB launch than on retail launch.

That being said, I'm still waiting in suspense to get the bloody keys registered and confirmed working. This waiting game is killing me...
