anyone else hear about this? people say it's blizz's next project after SC2...i'm personally happy with SC2 but, oh well, damned fankids...anyways, i thought it over...i feel like this idea would fail...everyone would leave WoW to play it, leaving WoW desolate and unfunded and then when they realize that the Diablo MMO failed, they'd go back to find their precious WoW desolate, broken and abandoned by Blizz...in otherwords, it's a really bad idea right now...specially with AoC and WAR...anyways, just wondering if anyone else heard anything :D

we'll always hear rumors, but that's all they are until Blizzard reveals the truth. Like Starcraft 2, they're probably going to/are working on the next Diablo game a count of a few years before they tell us. Don't get your hopes up over a rumor.

I dont think blizzard make diablo a mmo becouse u can already play it online on battle net but it can be good mmo from starcraft.

I heard this and I seen a Blizzard interview they said, that their future projects would consist of a new Starcraft or maybe a Diablo 3....They probably will make a new Diablo Game, just gotta wait and see for a very long time....Blizzard is putting so much effort into both World of Warcraft and Starcraft 3. So maybe have to wait a long time or if Blizzard is going to make 2 games at the same time?

Blizzard will not be making another Diablo game.. Their last project was StarCraft 2 which is comming out soon, I highly highly doubt that they would make a Diablo MMORPG.. It'd suck.

I'll just put this out there before we get a few excited ppl speculating on what is, as u said a rumor, correct me if i am wrong but i believe Blizzard has said they have no plans for, and do not intend to make another mmo in the forseeable future, if even at all. |

Well in my opinion, a DIABLO MMORPG would suck. If they ever do create Diablo 3(which they probably could due to an interview I seen on G4TV a while back) they said they probably will in the future. Well, the future isnt here yet. And people were all "Well, Blizzard will make either Starcraft 2 or Diablo 3"...Well, what do you know? Starcraft 2 is coming out. And that game isnt gonna come out for a LONG TIME. So if they ever do create a Diablo 3, it would probably be in the next 2-8 years....
