Well folks... it's been over a year since Divinity was established, and a little over 2 years since it hit the drawing board. What a trip it has been! I'm announcing now that Divinity will soon be discontinuing active recruitment as we have almost reached our 50 member limit. We only have 2 spots left. However, we will continue to accept applications until Aion launches; just in case a spot or two happen to open up for some reason. If a spot should open up we will review pending applications and choose the best qualified applicant based on bedefigned criteria. So, if you are interested then please visit our forums here. See you all in Aion! |

Due to the enormous feedback by the Aion community, Divinity is making alterations to its membership policy to allow approved applicants the chance to call Divinity home. I’m pleased to announce the Conscript Program. Previously and still currently we have a 50 member cap placed on our membership criteria. This is due to Aion’s game design. However, we have seen many interested party’s willing to wait for the chance to become a member of the Legion. The Conscript Program allows us to offer “restricted membership privileges” to those individuals whom are selected for induction into the Legion. While a Conscript does not have the same privileges as a Disciple… a Conscript does have access to pertinent Legion Schedules, and various other “members only” materials. In this way we hope to offer those, truly interested, individuals a home in the Legion they have so diligently expressed as their first choice. Divinity has always emphasized and enforced a “quality vs quantity” approach with our recruitment process. This has not changed and will not change, ever. The Conscript program offers Divinity an even more dynamic approach to identifying those quality individuals we seek. By allowing pre-screened individuals the chance to interact with current members; the Council will be able to better gauge said individuals compatibility with the Legion. The Conscript Program serves as an Academy for Divinity Members. Conscripts are required to participate in Sanctioned Legion events as well as provide direct support to current Legion Members. Conscripts are bound by the same policies and procedures as Disciples. Conscripts accept induction into the Legion with the understanding that Divinity is in no way obligated to provide moneys, equipment, and/or materials until such time as the Conscript is promoted to Disciple status. Any money’s, equipment, and/or materials provided to a Conscript by the Legion will be treated as a gift. Conscripts also accept induction into the Legion with the understanding that it may take several weeks to be promoted to Disciple status; however a promotion is entirely dependent on how well a Conscript adheres to Divinity’s expectations. External factors may also play a role in the promotion process such as Current Legion Level. Read the following article for further information. --JM |
