This was announced by HanbitSoft last year at TGS2006 for there forward look into 2007.  Now its being released on the US servers today.  What this does is add the community elements to this golf game where players can make personal instances to run around and interact with other players as well as make player owned shops.  The shop system isn't as favoritized as the Auction House, but making Shops in instances definetly is a nice twist.  You can make a market bazarre strictly which would look cool.
