Ive never played DAOC but i have played basically every other mmo under the sun.

 

Is now a good time to start playing or should i just forget about it?

 

Im getting the 14 day free trial, but is it worth it to buy the full game?

Play the 14 day trial and decide for yourself. IMO DAoC is an excellent game, but it really does show signs of its age.

Number of subscribers  is small and will get much smaller in the next 6 months with AOC and WAR intro.

If you haven't read the book CULTURE WARRIOR by Bill O'Reilly...you should.

I played it a few years ago and did like it, for some reason or another I quit playing it.  Now I have the 14 day trial and I am gonna check it out again, if it ever stops updating...
