SWG's subscriber base is actually growing despite all the talk. People are tired of WoW and ... why return to SWG? Is there no alternative out there but to go back to a game you hated after all the bad changes?

No...

My question is, what COMING game do you think will take over the heritage from WoW?

My choice would be Stargate and to some degree AoC.

The majority of the servers are still deader than a doornail.  There is only a few servers with any active population.  If you want to start over on those servers I suppose you could.  Problem is you are stuck once you chose a profession, you cannot change your mind if you want to try something else out, remember they still have a strict limit on your number of avatars.

As long as this remains the silly level based game they introduced with NGE it will be strictly a very small niche based audience.
