Lord of the Rings Online

Yeah I know, I wish I had some info about it to put in here as well, but I figure it's just around the corner and soon we'll start to see information leaking out about what to expect.

I suppose we'll see some minor class changes, maybe new armor and clothing introduced, but I'm really curious what the theme/focus of it will be.

Yeah I'm still playing Book 12, but the servers are down so I figured I'd drop a thread for us to speculate in.

Will we see a new explorable area?

Will we see a new, as-of-yet unheard of, feature?

What do you think they are brainstorming up for us over there at Turbine HQ?

I'm still on Book 3 ... I haven't even made to any of the new content yet,, Hoping in book 13 they add more hairstyles more of everything that they have already added as well as maybe some new material

A new mode of transport is rumored as well.  The current thought is boats. 

No idea if that's true or not, but it makes sense with fishing being added.

Now that would be cool, especially if boats were craftable. Give Vanguard a little competition...

I would like to see them add the ability to dive underwater at some point too.
 
I know that it is minor issue, but I think it would kinda cool.

I have adventured underwater in both EQ2 and WoW, so it can't be too hard to implement.

Well *spoiler alert*

The new zone is going to be the ice bay of Forchul (sp?). If you have done book 12 you will see. We will get to see the ocean for the first time which is where these boats are coming from. Makes sense. Fishing is coming and well who knows what else? We will just have to wait.

This makes me smile, knowing I will see hobbits fishing.

Might make for some new recipes and maybe a few stuffed fish for the old wall at home.
