Hi guys SWG now isnt that bad. Ive been back in game a little over a month and am having a blast on Euro-Chimaera niceley populated server. The new instances and collections are great fun PVP is fun again provided the sides are evenish. A lot has changed in the last year and i do advise people to give it a try. I personally am having as much if not more fun than I had Pre-CU. my only gripe is making the crafting profs equal with looted items but the devs are kind of doing that with most drops being schems now rather than item. Before the flames begin look at my past posts and i am anything but a fanboi Im just a formaer very disgruntled vet who has managed to move on and is enjoying the current incantation of SWG. |

Let it die man Every single damn day someone tries to open a new subject about it or tries to bring hope its sad. what IF, SOE should, if only, bring back w/e. same old cry. Game failed, people left try and move on.. I know hope dies last but... its been years cmon get over it. |

why when im playing and enjoying it just thought id share my curent experiences of a game i enjoy now that replaced a game i enjoyed 3 years ago. I got over Pre-CU being taken away enjoyed the CU and hated the NGE at first but i now enjoy it I let go and managed to move on. By your tone Id suggest you move on and stop clingin on to 2.5 year old hatred before you end up a mass murderer. |

Themighty, I can appreciate that you may like the game, but supporting it is to support more NGE's to happen. Accepting the NGE will only produce more things like this in the future. I don't think that's a good thing. |

Being on welfare rather than starving to death is also "not that bad'. But it's not as good as having a job and being able to support yourself.

I don't recall having to tell myself that SWG was "not that bad" before the NGE. If I wanted to play a game that's just "not that bad", I could certainly find many others that are more polished and have far fewer bugs than SWG. |

I was telling myself "it's not that bad" during the CU. In the NGE I was telling myself "surely to God it will get better, it' can't get any worse".

Play for two and a half years, post nge. Came back and left. The game will die eventually, that is a given fact with all the new mmos comeing out (I.E aoc Warhammer online) It has its up and downs but itv has more downs then ups. Personal opinion though. |

Saying "Not that Bad," is entirely different from "great", or even "good." It implies rationalizing and/or settling for something inferior. Yes, The NGE is better than it was at its release, but that isn't saying very much considering there has been so little accomplished over the past 2 1/2 years. I am happy for those that will settle for the "not so bad" SWG in its current state and find enjoyment. There are many more that won't. There are many that have tried again and again, and still find the game lacking. |
