DARKFALL = BULLSHIT...I don't think that's a fair thing to say at this point.

I think at this point, however one has to ask the question. I don't want to doubt things I know nothing about, however I think you have to admit...this development cycle is a bit out of the ordinary.

I do think it's only fair to point out that nothing this game claims it will do can be found in any MMORPG out there on the market or in development. If anyone could break the traditions of a typical cycle, it's this game.

The truth is, only the DEVs know if it's real or not. No one else knows if this game will ever be released. The fact is even if it does see the light of day, will it live up to the hype? More importantly, will it stand the test of time?

I think it's only fair to sit back and wait. In fact that's all we can really do at this point. It's very much out of our hands. It's the sad truth of it all.

Will it be worth the wait?...if this game does all it say it can. I will never have to play another MMORPG again. Why? Because this game will have everything anyone could ever want in an MMORPG and so much more. There is nothing availible, nor is there any game currently in development that will hold a candle to this monster...if it's the real deal.

Ever heard of the game Dawn?  It touted being the be-all-end-all of MMORPG's back in 2001~!  Total vaporware.   Dark and Light was suppose to be the greatest MMORPG made - ever!   Same goes for RoT/aka Mourning...you know what...DarkFall is no different then any of the game I mentioned.   I really feel sorry for anyone that continues to believe that this game is actually real.

I wonder if I might be able to visit the offices of this company this June when I am in Greece.  Do you think they might give me a sneak peek at the game?  Then I can report back here and tell you what I find out.

Still, the OP is right, we can only sit and wait. And its not as someother MMO developer will make a skillbased sandbox MMO.

And what is this talk about Dark and Light?? Thats nothing as DF. It just some class/level AoC clone. And it was released too, so it have nothing in common with DF. Ohh, someone said it would be a good game? Just one look at the feature list shows it was not.

Well, to help her point vanguard was suppose to be the greatest game ever, now look at it.

I also remember when all my friends talked about Vanguard and how amazing it would be. They preordered it and all. But one look at the feature list showed just another class/level  WoW clone.

This game is vaporware until proven otherwise.  Anyone who thinks differently is just fooling themselves.
