I am not sure if they have gone out before now but I just got my AOC codes for the bonus items from ordering online awhile back. It was one code for the registration website that will be up May 2nd. It will unlock your early access and in game item. It was in my junk mail folder so make sure to check if you pre-ordered from Ebgames/Gamestop.

I talked to my Gamestop guy yesterday and he showed me a company email stating that the ins tore mammoth codes and 3 day head start stuff would be arriving in store within the next week, So, I guess Ill check back Monday.

I went store an hour ago, got my GameStop card, which I had already paid full for CE about 2 months ago. Then I went to BestBuy and put bought the preorder box for its codes alone. I want a rhino, not a mammonth, but I like the people who work at Gamestop here, and rather they get my money :p Will give the gamestop codes to one my friends anyway so nothing to go to waste anyway :)
