I for one am amazed at how much mythic dont care about your time waisted. Just want to know if i am the only one with this perception.

Mythic cares about your money, specifically your money that goes into their pockets. thats it. Bottom line.

it is a business and thats what businesses care about. Cant blame em for that.

The player base has proved they will sit back and take what ever mythic shoves their way, all the while taking your money.

Till the player base gets so fed up its /cancell Y-E-S. it will remain that way.

On a side note. had a CSR named Jadryk, awesome. He joined our BG and sat in a whole we all fell through, after porting us back to the ML step site, so we would not fall through again. He stayed there till we all zoned inside, making sure everyone that fell through got inside. even porting one guy from aegir to TOA. He broke every rule in mythics CSR training book. Helped players, apoligized, ported us back to where we were, hung out and chatted with us for like 20 minutes, I almost fell out of my chair.

I don't really know where people get the impression that "Mythic doesn't care". They do.
Sure, they invest more time into one realm (Albion) than into the others. But that's simply due to the loudest whiners sitting in that realm.

CSR-wise, I never had a problem so far, but I hate those guys who spam the GMs with "omfg-i-was-pwned-delete-this-player"-stuff, so that when you really need them, there is a 600+ appeal-queue...

My view is like Tsen they do not care just for you money.  The basic knowledge is create a product that your custermors want not what you think is best.  This game is one of the very few that does'nt have a forum on there main site.  Most games even non-mmpg have a forum to check on the rants and postive things said.  Shoot now they dont even send you to the website and ask why you want to cancel your account.  Just a little button saying cancel your account.  Between NF and TOA the game is not even close to what it was.  I checked the server status and odd that every server gives the underdog bonus to mid/hib.  Only one server was nuetral on all 3.  Every other one albs is everything.

Just my 2cents

You know it always easy to criticize when your on the outside looking for within.  If you want perfect balance play a game where you only have a choice of one character, one lvl, one stat, and one item. 

Implementing new changes always tip the balance.  Finding a new balance takes time.

I have been in for over 2.5 years.  Paying for the expansions and monthly charges hopefully that gives me some right to say something.  The issue is the alb zergs have been there before NF, TOA and SI.  NF made it that much easier to get to keep defense and keep.  More would show up with no risk of stealthers taking out there casters on the way there.  NF made it a casters game. It has been discussed that 90% of the csr that play, play albs.  The balance never got better but worse with each expansion that came out.  I have tried numerous servers to try and find better odds than 2 to 1 and some 3 to 1.  With toa made it to cater the power guilds.  With one scroll costing more than 5 normal houses is way to much.  Lvling your artifacts with certain faction and some times in day light only or night.  Has made power lvling artis easy for power guilds and not someone that just got his first 50 and not in a guild.  For csr ask anybody that been in the game for over a year if they have been helpful.  Yes there is some.  Some very good, but far and few inbetween.  With the bonus system for the imbalance is the first attempt.  Even for albs it is rough.  Camps spots always filled, df always camped hardcore and getting rp is rough to in rvr.  So in my behalf saying it takes time.  How much time?  We not talking last expansion caused the mass imbalance we talking about almost 2 years.  Check out catacombs.com boards.  Recently I gave up and cancelled my accounts played the stress test and I will be getting wow.  If it wasnt for combo of NF and TOA I would be getting the catacombs expansion.

Why would Mythic only care about money when they give you free expansions like housing and new frontiers? the other expansions to me was about graphcis upgrade and a new zone to hunt. I never really had a problem to tell a CSR like for some reason all the complainers do. DAoC is the best mmorpg out there imho and i even played EQ2, WoW, L2, EQ1, EQ:OA, AO, FFXI, UO, EVE, Neocron, Planetside, Ragnarok, shadowbane, and star wars galaxies.
