WAR (Warhammer Online)

So with AoC sucking the big one and only being out for a day. Do you think WAR will be the last hope for a good MMO in 2008? I really hope so...if WAR ends up sucking like AoC I think it's going to be a loooong time before we see something worthwhile..  

I wouldn't get my hopes too high if I were you.

All the evidence points to AoC being a success so where are you getting your info cause it sounds to me that your just trolling

SS or it didn't happen! Seriously though, what are you talking about it sucking the big one? It's actually doing better atm than any other mmo that has launched. So who is really sucking what big one?

Edit: Noticed you posted this in the WAR forum, so +1 for you troll. People are really going to be surprised when they play WAR. It's going to be Deja Vu all over again. If you get that then you know what I mean.

if you havent seen War can always goto you tube and search WAR for some vids of some beta stuff

All i can say , i dont lag i run 68 FPS average , i have never crashed , am having fun , the quests are very well done , no quests involving killing any rats or boars etc .....

i mean i dont want to rant at the OP but if you dont like it fine , but at least explain why ?

We're going to have two great MMOs this year. One is Mrs. AoC, the other is Mr. Warhammer. And even though their kids will call each other fanbois and trolls, it'll be better for the MMO market as a whole, because Big Daddy Warcraft will finally be dethroned.

Im sorry, I played for 15 min got up grabbed a soda and sat down to watch t.v.

Not captivated like other MMO's, profit wise it might be a success given the amount of ppl who play MMO's today and are interested in trying something new (thus making profit sells) but if it can captivate then your not going to see anything remarkable. A contender for lotro at best.

Really hoping that WAR can captivate and keep me plugged in, I dont want to be watching t.v. after playing it for 15 min.

it may not have captivated you but it has captivated a majority of the players that have experienced so you might want to reword your post troll

Well, if you only hear what you want, you could have altered reality and convinced yourself AoC sucks. Eveverything else indicates it being a smashing success. Nice try, you get a B+ for effort but a phail for content.
